"Ghar Banao Chandi Pao" Scheme

Dear All,

In view of the prevailing marketing condition and the cyclical effect in the market, a consumer scheme has been devised to stimulate consumer demand and to maintain the market share for Tata Tiscon. Towards this end, keeping in mind the fact, that the current prices of rebars are stable and the premium is within the desired range, the following consumer scheme will become effective from Monday, the 25^th of July, 2011.

The salient features of the scheme are as under:

1.       On every sale value of Rs 25,000 and multiples thereof, the consumer will be eligible to receive One Silver coin of 3.25 grams.

Examples:

a)      If the customer purchases Tiscon of value Rs 25000, then he will receive one silver coin of 3.25 gms

b)      If the customer purchases Tiscon of value Rs 45,000 then he will receive one silver coin of 3.25 gms

c)       If the customer purchases Tiscon of value Rs 50,000, then he will receive two silver coins of 3.25 gms each

d)      If the customer purchases Tiscon of value Rs 1,20,000 then he will receive four silver coins of 3.25 gms each, and so on.

2.       The dealer will submit details of all such sales, along with acknowledgement card, duly filled in by the customer, indicating that he has received the silver coin/s.

3.       Dealers must lift the same quantities from the Distributor, against the quantity sold to customers, under this scheme, so as to be eligible to receive the silver coins.

4.       In order to make the administration of the scheme simple and hassle free, dealer’s need to send the following documents to the distributor for settlement of their claims under scheme, on a fortnightly (15 Days) basis.

a)      Acknowledgement card duly filled in by the customer.

b)      Copy of Invoice/ Bills.

c)       The excel sheet duly filled (File is attached with this mail).  

5.       The POP’s, acknowledgement cards etc. will be despatched to all dealers shortly. The POP’s should be displayed at prominent place in the shop.

6.       The duration of the consumer “Ghar Banao Chandi Pao” scheme will be effective from 25^thJuly,2011 to 30^thSeptember,2011.
